Birova, Inc. (“Birova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform focused on helping people discover and support local businesses and enabling merchants to manage local reward and promotional programs.

If enabled, Birova may receive limited transaction metadata from authorized partners solely for purposes such as reward eligibility verification, fraud prevention, and compliance.

Birova will not receive or store full card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC codes, expiration dates, PINs, or sensitive authentication data.
All payment card data, if any, would be processed by PCI-compliant third parties, not by Birova.
1d. Data Retention for Transaction Metadata
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If transaction metadata is collected in the future, it will be retained only as long as necessary for verification, compliance, and fraud prevention, after which it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention policies.

For merchant users, we may collect:
