1c. Payment Cards & Transaction Information

Birova does not currently collect or process payment card information.

If card-linked or payment-related functionality becomes available in the future, users may be offered the option to link a debit or credit card through a secure third-party provider, subject to required approvals and user authorization.

If enabled, Birova may receive limited transaction metadata from authorized partners solely for purposes such as reward eligibility verification, fraud prevention, and compliance.

  • Tokenized or truncated card identifiers

Birova will not receive or store full card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC codes, expiration dates, PINs, or sensitive authentication data.

All payment card data, if any, would be processed by PCI-compliant third parties, not by Birova.

1d. Data Retention for Transaction Metadata

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If transaction metadata is collected in the future, it will be retained only as long as necessary for verification, compliance, and fraud prevention, after which it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention policies.

For merchant users, we may collect:

  • Payment or settlement details (if applicable)
